Milena Hanukov is a litigation associate at Caesar & Napoli, representing clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases involving auto accidents, premises liability, products liability, municipal liability, construction accidents and medical malpractice. Her practice includes conducting depositions, handling motions, appeals, arbitrations and mediation proceedings. She also handles insurance coverage disputes.
During law school, Ms. Hanukov interned for U.S. District Court Judge Lawrence E. Kahn in the Northern District of New York. She served as the Note & Comment Editor of the Albany Law Review and as Articles Editor of the law school’s newspaper. She was awarded the Jay H. Milstein Award for Highest Standing in Professional Responsibility, and was the winner of the New York State Bar Association Legal Ethics Writing Competition. She was on the dean’s list and excelled in moot court, trial, appellate advocacy and negotiations competitions.
Ms. Hanukov is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She received her J.D. from Albany Law School and her B.A. from Baruch College, CUNY. She is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association, and is fluent in Russian.
