How Haigney Works With Clients

Caesar & Napoli is a plaintiffs’ firm. It represents injured people and their families, and does not act for insurance companies or large corporations. That shapes how a case is handled from the first phone call onward.

  • You speak with an attorney. Clients deal directly with the attorneys handling their case rather than being routed to a claims desk.
  • Cases are prepared as though they will be tried. Preparation is what gives a case its value in negotiation, even when it ultimately settles.
  • Investigation starts early. Evidence at an accident scene, and records held by other parties, have a way of disappearing while people wait.
  • Consultations are free. There is no charge for an initial conversation about your situation.
  • Most cases are handled on a no-win, no-fee basis. Attorney’s fees are owed only if there is a recovery.
  • The firm works in English and Russian.

What Happens After You Get in Touch

The first conversation is about understanding what happened and what you are dealing with now. From there the firm looks at who may be responsible, what deadlines apply to your situation, and what records need to be gathered before they become harder to obtain. Deadlines in New York vary considerably depending on who is at fault. Claims involving a city agency or other public entity can require written notice within 90 days, far sooner than the general injury deadline, which is one reason an early review is worth having.

Areas Served

The firm represents injured people across New York City, including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island, from its office in Lower Manhattan.
