As members of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, we have access to a number of resources that we can use for our cases and have maintained relationships with medical experts, engineers and other professionals who can assist with your case — if it calls for it.
Our partners each have more than 30 years of legal experience and receive many clients through referrals. Few law firms can boast about the level of trial experience and in-depth knowledge of the law each attorney has. At Caesar & Napoli, we are proud to say that we are led by a skilled team.

The Attorneys at Caesar & Napoli
The firm is made up of partners and of counsel attorneys who work on injury cases together rather than in isolation. A construction case may draw on one attorney’s Labor Law experience and another’s deposition practice. A claim against a city agency may involve someone who has handled municipal liability before. The advantage of a firm this size is that this happens without your file being handed off and started over.
What the Attorneys Handle
- Construction accidents and New York Labor Law claims
- Motor vehicle injuries, including car, truck, pedestrian and bicycle cases
- Premises liability, including slip and fall, snow and ice and negligent security
- Medical malpractice and nursing home neglect
- Workplace injuries and third party claims alongside workers’ compensation
- Wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims
- Post-9/11 illness claims
- Claims against the City of New York, public authorities and other government entities
Choosing an Attorney After an Injury
Most people hire a personal injury lawyer once, with nothing to compare it against. A few questions are worth asking any firm you speak with.
- Who will actually handle the case? Ask whether you will be dealing with an attorney or with a case manager.
- Has the firm handled this type of case before? A construction Labor Law claim, a municipal claim and a medical malpractice claim are different bodies of law.
- What happens if the case does not settle? A firm that prepares cases for trial negotiates from a different position than one that does not.
- How are fees and case costs handled? This should be explained plainly before you sign anything.
- What deadlines apply to me? If a public entity may be involved, the answer can be 90 days rather than three years.
